Contact us by email, telephone, online enquiry or fax and tell us what medical and lab equipment you require and we will advise if the item is from stock or whether we can source the equipment for you.
Hire Estimate Issued
A Hire Estimate will then be issued for the most appropriate equipment based on your individual requirements. This will fully detail the most cost effective options for your study.
Medical and Lab Equipment Preparation
Upon accepting the Hire Estimate, your equipment will be prepared, calibrated, checked and safely packaged ready for delivery, complete with manual and instructions.
Delivery
Delivery of your medical and lab equipment will be arranged using specialist couriers, to either a single site or multiple sites, depending on your requirements.
Training
Training can be provided across the globe, delivered by appropriately qualified specialists. This can be at Investigator sites; multiple countries based or an individual site.
Invoicing
Customised invoicing is provided based on your requirements; medical and lab Equipment placement history is provided on a monthly basis for all rental/hire equipment.
Technical Support
Technical support can be provided by our Biomedical Scientists, Service Engineers and Medical Electronics Team.
Final Collection
When the study has been completed we will arrange the collection of the equipment at your convenience, replacement packaging can be provided if required.

Should a piece of rental or purchased equipment malfunction during the rental/hire period we will facilitate a quick replacement. For purchased equipment we will supply a replacement until the faulty equipment is either repaired or replaced by the manufacturer
